Conditions & General Information: The conditions
below form the basis of any contract between you and Countrywide
Golf Holidays US, Inc. (the Company). When you book your
tour with the Company, you appoint the Company to act as
your agent to obtain the requested services for you. When
the Company has done so and you have confirmed the booking
and paid the deposit, they will accept responsibility for
providing your vacation from that point onwards. No employee
or representative of the Company has the authority to change
these conditions or information. The Company makes arrangements
with other direct air carriers, hotels, car rental companies
and other independent parties to provide you with travel
services you purchase. These services are subject to the
conditions imposed by these suppliers, and their liability
may be limited by their tariffs, conditions of carriage
and international agreements. See further details on Responsibilities
and Brochure Accuracy below.
Prices: Prices are in U.S. dollars and are based
on operating costs, fuel prices and exchange rates at the
time of contracting with suppliers. Should these increase

and asked to pay these additional costs. All prices are
subject to change without notice. Package prices do not
include any fees or service charges other than those listed

Travel Insurance/Protection: Countrywide Golf Holidays
US, Inc. highly recommends luggage, accident and trip cancellation
insurance. The Company is not liable for loss, damage or
theft of luggage or personal belongings, for personal injury,
accident or illness. It is important for your own self-interest
and protection that you make certain you have adequate coverage.
Check with your insurance company. You may purchase coverage
specific to your tour through our preferred supplier, Travelex,
either online at www.travelexinsurance.com
or by calling 1-800-228-9792. When purchasing, enter Location
Number 14-0029. A "Pre-existing conditions" waiver may apply
if insurance is purchased within 21 days of initial deposit.
Verify details when purchasing the insurance.
Waitlist Policy: To be placed on the list, contact
reservations and submit a $150 per person deposit. There
are no cancellations fees imposed for canceling waitlisted
reservations. As cancellations are received, the first name
on the list will be contacted. These clients have 24 hours
to respond before the next name on the waitlist is contacted,
unless departure is within 48 hours or less, at which time
an immediate response will be required.
Final Travel Documents: Final Travel Documents will
be mailed approximately 2-3 weeks prior to departure. Documents
will not be delivered without full payment on a reservation.
Document packets will include final confirmed itinerary,
paid invoice, hotel and local representative contact information,
all applicable hotel, green fee, rental vehicle vouchers
and driving directions, etc.
Travel Documentation/Passports & Visas: For US citizens,
a current passport is required for overseas travel and some
countries may require a visa. Please check for the most
up-to-date visa requirements online at http://travel.state.gov/index.html
Citizens of other countries should check with the appropriate
Embassy. Keep copies of all relevant documents including
passport, visas, travelers checks, credit cards, itinerary,
airline tickets, etc. both at home and with you in case
of loss of originals.
Vehicle Rental: On independent self-drive tours
with a rental vehicle, all drivers must be over 25 years
of age and under 65. A valid driver's license is required
for anyone who will be driving. CDW (Collision Damage Waiver)
is included in the price of your rental vehicle, however,
it does not cover negligent damage to wheels and tires or
puncture repairs.
Air Travel: Airline tickets for travel on scheduled
airlines, if they should be issued through Countrywide Golf
Holidays US, are a separate item from the travel package
and may carry change and cancellation penalties as specified
by the carrier. Seating requests made at the time of booking
will be noted, however, these are requests and not guarantees.
Regulations specifically state that all passengers must
present government issued photo identification when boarding.
Any person who cannot prove that he or she is the person
designated on the reservation will not be allowed to board
the aircraft/ship. International flights require that you
be able to present Proof of Citizenship (government-issued
birth certificate along with a picture I.D.) or valid U.S.
Passport as required for specific destinations. Any person
whose name does not match his/her proof of citizenship document
must present proper documentation illustrating name change(s)
including, but not limited to, marriage license(s), divorce
decree(s), adoption papers, etc. Any child 17 years or younger,
not traveling with both parents is required to carry a Parental
Consent Form or permission letter signed by both parents
and notarized at time of check-in. Non-U.S. citizens should
consult the consulate of host country regarding documentation
required.
Baggage: Pack as lightly as possible due to airline
baggage limitations and the size of rental car luggage space.
Check for the most current regulations regarding carry-on
baggage, prohibited items, duty-free items, European Union
restrictions, etc. at www.tsa.gov
. Generally, the airline allowance is two (2) pieces of
checked baggage (2 suitcases or 1 suitcase/1 golf bag);
any additional baggage or overweight baggage may incur an
excess baggage fee. On flights, liability for baggage loss,
damage, or delay is limited. Maximum liability, unless excess
weight is noted and additional charges paid, is limited
to free weight allowance. Questions regarding baggage on
commercial carriers should be directed to that particular
airline.
Flight Schedule: To ensure "Meet & Greet" and/or
rental vehicle are available, if applicable, the Company
requires a written copy of your flight schedule.
Group Tour Arrival/Departure Windows: For escorted
and hosted tours, it is necessary to establish air arrival
and departure windows that best accommodate a coordinated
transfer for each group. In order to guarantee transfers
to/from hotels, you must arrive/depart during the designated
window. Due to multiple arrivals/departures, there may be
a waiting period prior to/after transfers as necessary.
Golf Handicaps: Golf clubs may require visitors
to show handicap cards. We strongly recommend you travel
with a handicap card. The Company accepts no responsibility
if you do not and are subsequently denied golf. Certain
clubs also place maximum handicap restrictions on visitors.
If your handicap is greater than 24 (men) or 36 (ladies),
please notify us in order we can discuss which clubs may
have relevant restrictions.
Course Conditions: Please note that Countrywide
Golf Holidays US can accept no responsibility for the playing
conditions of any golf courses, including changes caused
by course maintenance or weather conditions.
Tee Times: Please arrive early for tee times as
neither Countrywide Golf Holidays US nor the clubs can guarantee
tee times for late arrivals.
Caddies: For our clients, Countrywide Golf Holidays
US will request caddies for those who wish them. They may
only be requested for the entire duration of a trip, not
for individual rounds. If you would like caddies, the Company
will forward a request for caddies in advance of your visit.
While the golf clubs will make every effort to secure caddies,
they are neither employed by the golf clubs nor by the Company.
As such, they cannot be guaranteed. The demand for caddies
at most courses usually exceeds the availability. If a caddie
is secured for you per your request, you are required to
make full payment to the course/caddie directly. The caddie
master or other club official will inform you of the caddie
charge and tipping policy.
Golf Carts: If golf carts are available and included
in your round, it will be noted in your tour itinerary/invoice.
Sightseeing: On escorted tours, sightseeing is included
for non-golfers. On hosted or self-drive tours, a list of
suggested activities will be provided. We highly recommend
utilizing the resources available through your accommodation's
front desk/concierge or the local tourist board office.
Optional Activities: Extra activities like spa treatments
and classes are at your discretion and must be paid for
at time of service if not pre-booked/-paid on your invoice.
Rooms: Hotels are reserved in the standard room
category unless otherwise noted. If you would like to upgrade,
please inquire about availability and rates at time of booking.
Early Arrivals/Late Departures: Hotels have set
check-in and check-out times and they do vary. If you have
a morning arrival at your destination, the hotel will try
to accommodate you if possible but cannot guarantee your
room until the published check-in time. If you wish to guarantee
an early check-in, you will be required to purchase the
prior night's accommodation. As with early arrivals, the
hotel may accommodate a late departure based on occupancy
levels but if you wish to guarantee a late departure, you
will be required to purchase an additional night's accommodation.
Responsibility: Countrywide Golf Holidays US, Inc.,
as the tour operator, and its selling agents act only as

and other land tour services provided as others as independent

or failure of public utilities outside the control of the

If any tour service or its reasonable equivalent is not
provided due to events beyond the reasonable control of
Countrywide Golf Holidays US, Inc., the company will make
an appropriate refund of that portion of the tour price
covering the undelivered tour service. It is understood
that Countrywide Golf Holidays US, Inc. shall have no other
or further responsibility or liability either for the accuracy
of any representation or the non-provision of any tour services.
Transport by aircraft, rail, ship or coach will depend on
the conditions of carriage of the relevant carrier. These
conditions of carriage may limit or exclude the carrier's
liability to you under international law (such as the Warsaw
Convention). The responsibility and liability of the specified
air carriers respecting their performance of air transportation
services are limited by and subject to the conditions of
contract in the passenger ticket, the rules contained in
tariffs on file with U.S. Department of Transportation (available
for inspection on request), and applicable provisions of
law and treaty.
Countrywide Golf Holidays US, Inc. is not liable for loss,
damage or theft of luggage or personal belongings, for personal
injury, accident or illness on any vehicle or at any place
throughout the tour. Countrywide Golf Holidays US, Inc.
reserves the right to re-invoice a client in case an error
is made in computing the tour price. The Company cannot
be responsible for typographical errors, misprints, and
misquotes.
As far as is known all information in the promotional and
other materials of Countrywide Golf Holidays US, Inc. is
accurate at the time of publication. Changes cannot be made
after publication date, and the Company accepts no responsibility
for any omissions or errors. Where the Company becomes aware
of errors which could materially affect your travel package,

manner.
Countrywide Golf Holidays US, Inc. reserves the right to
cancel a tour if circumstances so require. In the event
of such, Countrywide Golf Holidays US, Inc. will make a
full refund to travelers of all payments received in respect
of the tour. Such a refund of payments will be the full
extent of Countrywide Golf Holidays US, Inc.'s obligation
and liability to travelers. This Agreement shall be governed
by the laws of the State of Indiana. The parties irrevocably
agree that any judicial proceedings relating to this agreement
will be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction within
Marion County, State of Indiana, United States of America.
